Can anyone make a purchase from ENKA Store’s Online Shopping?
Only parents of ENKA Schools can make purchases from ENKA Store’s Online Shopping.
Can I create a new ENKA Store Online Shopping account?
ENKA Store’s Online Shopping is only available for use by ENKA Schools’ parents who are already registered in the ENKA Store’s Online Shopping system.
How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at ENKA Store’s Online Shopping is very easy:
– If you know what you are looking for, select a category from PRODUCT CATEGORIES.
– Once you have found an item, click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.
– Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You can use the ‘REMOVE’ icon to delete items from your shopping cart.
– Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
Which size should I choose?
All products have been constructed according to European size standards (please see size chart). As sizes can vary, we have provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. In addition, our customer support team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit – simply call our Customer Support Center at: +90 (212) 705 6518 for advice.
What payment methods does ENKA Store Online Shopping accept?
We accept credit cards only.
How are your products priced?
Our prices are listed in Turkish Lira.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address. Should you have any issues related to shipping, please call our Customer Support Center at: +90 (212) 705 6518.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you would need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
How much does delivery cost?
All products are insured and a shipping fee of 55 TL has been determined.
How long will my order take to arrive?
While placing an order, you will be given an estimated delivery date for your reference purposes. In general, it takes 1-3 days after the purchase.
Can I order online and then collect the items at the ENKA Store at school?
Sorry, but we do not provide this service at the moment.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of the delivery. If you are returning the item and have been charged it, you will receive a refund.
